I would like to start my complaint with a suggestion to shut down any of your business which is related to customer services because handling after sales services is beyond your capacity.
It’s been more than 20 days from the first (17JULY 22)complaint and 30th July for the 2nd complaint yet your fraud orient electric has given no resolution to my fan non functioning complaint. One of your technician visited during the first complaint and used my hair oil to fix the issue which wasn’t fixed anyway but he took the satisfaction code as if it is just meant for formality. If it takes almost 30 days to not even think to repair a fan for a brand owned by Birla’s then I assume the whole group is a big time scam. Even after 5 calls to a useless orient customer service, no response, no solution and no feedback given.

I am promising myself not to buy ever any orient product and will also make sure that rest of associations know about your standards.
