I am an organic garden loyalty customer number 274. I did the most stupid thing by paying Rs. 8500/- and taking a membership to this pathetic place. they say that their products are organically sourced... however most of the time, you'll never get what you want....you'll have to make do and buy what they have. I stay in Dadar East and my products used to get delivered from the Prabhadevi outlet.
One day the Prabhadevi outlet shut down and we were moved to the Kemps Corner outlet. Ever since that happened, they began to regularly screw up on my order. I couldn't say anything to them since they had my deposit of Rs. 8500/- and Rs. 2500/- was a bonus
there after the Kemps Corner outlet shut shop too and they've now moved to Lower Parel. This shift resulted in a complete mess up of my order. whenever I place an order, the stuff doesn't arrive on time at all. I keep waiting and waiting. when I call up their customer service, they apologize then say that they'll call back. they wont call. then I call again. they say they'll check and call back and the same thing happens again. I'm left high and dry... tomorrow i'm going to be going to their store and give them a good piece of my mind... i'm insisting on them refunding my money, but they just don't seem to care..
i am a frequenter and having been buying online from various online portals...
Local Baniya is one such portal I buy from. Their CS is excellent and their service and on time delivery is absolutely bang on....
i'm so disgusted with Organic Garden that I don't have a choice but to write my review here and warn other customers... I suggest you go to their store yourself and purchase their items or order online you just might be those lucky few who manage to get their orders on time... however I suggest you do not get lured by their schemes and don't sign up for any loyalty bonus. you'll be struggling like me. I am a loyal fool to get lured by this...
