I won't say the resort is totally bad...but it isn't worth the money. In fact if u are in a group of less than 10 or have no vehicle at your disposal, i'd suggest you give this place a total miss.
When we reached the place, we were awed by the lush green surrounding and peace, but that was it. The rooms aren't great and they smell of a strong disinfectant when u open them. We went during rains so that cud be the reason why the rooms were damp and cold but you never know. The tribal huts are not even worth the stay. Don't agree to book them...they are very dilapidated.
There is a small swimming pool and the games room has a rickety TT table with worn out bats. The Carrom Board is virtually unplayable, chess has many missing pieces.
There is no room service, the intercom doesn't work and there is no power most of the time. The river is just a "barsaati naala" and fishing is not possible.
The resort is more than 15 kms from the nearest town. The multi cuisine restaurant they proclaim is another hogwash. Food is cooked on order and if you don't reach on time (with the majority crowd) then you might not et to eat much either. We reached for breakfast at around 10:15 am and the food was over. Whatever was remaining was cold and when we asked of hot puris, they just re-fried the cold ones!
The place is good if you don't care much for amenities but just want peace and quiet.
