Pathetic Treatment at this Hospital. Review on Orchid Medical Centre - Ranchi

Orchid medical centre is a hospital at Ranchi which is located near old H B road and close to firayalal. They say that this is a multi speciality hospital but it is a totally false statement.

I am writing here my true experience which I have faced in this hospital. Last year I have admitted my maushi to this hospital for treating pneumonia. The condition was very critical and the matter of life and death. Because somebody has told me that this is a good hospital and have good doctors. As soon as I came to know, admitted her in this hospital. The hospital reception counter told us to deposit money on the counter and we do the same as per advice.

After five days of treatment, there was no any improvement in the health of my maushi. We spent more than lacs of rupees on the treatment but due to no improvement, I admitted her in some other hospital.

The infrastructure of this hospital is not all up to the mark. The hospital is very congested and very difficult to walk here. the hospital has no good sitting arrangement for the patient, even the room we have taken for the treatment was very small and with the high cost.

The doctors are careful towards a patient and not check up properly and they are bounded by management instruction. They prescribe the medicine where the profit margin is very high. So it gives an extra burden on patient pocket.

Despite all these problems hospital staffs are also not cooperative which is a matter of concern.

So looking at all this aspect of this hospital I strongly advice to all my viewers to deny going to this hospital for the treatment. Here you will waste your time, energy and money.
