Orange Woods, a unit of Orange Properties is taking a ride with customers money. I booked my furniture on the 5th of May after making full payment but till date I have not received anything from them except
false promises.
Their Customer care center is a total waste. They themselves do not know what is going on and hence tell all lies to the customers. Whenever you call them they would promise you that they would make the delivery in 2 days or would promise you a call back.
The 2 days would never come and nor will you get any call back. Even if a call back happens, it will be with another excuse asking for another 2 days and this cycle will go on endlessly for months together.
Orange woods and Orange properties are cheaters. I am planning to lodge a police complaint against them and also report this cheating incident to News Reporters. If possible, I urge all of you to join me.
Also, it is my request to all the readers that please do not book any furniture with Orange if you want peace of mind.
