I booked a bus from mumbai to Vijaywada on 18 dec 2019 they brought us to hyd and in hyd we were only half of the crowd. What they did is they asked to change to another bus saying there is a problem in multi axle Volvo. The new bus from hyd to Vijaywada is a waste bus not even maintained well. This is not even a Volvo.. when we asked the driver he said call to orange call centre. I tried reaching call centre and one guy attended the call and after listening to my problem he just hung up without any answer. When I am trying to reach now bloody idiots they are not taking calls. So don’t book orange travels as you will end up in a dirty bus and for family I don’t recommend.
