Hutch NETWORK SUCKS. Review on Orange Mobile Operator

Hutchison in Andhra pradesh is the third grade service provider with attenuation problems and the worst kind of customer care personnel. The customer call employees right from the call center executive to the so called managers are a bunch of liars. One would feel that if an employee commits on behalf of a company, It is atleast near to truth but in case of HUTCH its a big lie. The company has a policy of making its employs make false commitments. The worst of all, if you go to their hutch shop to cancel your hutch connection, they create some kind of barriers to ensure that the customer doesnt cancel it. The best way of canceling a connection in hutch is just default the bill and if they are after you for the payment, make sure of paying the bill only after canceling the connection. The network congestion is on the rise for the past 6 months. As usual the so called regulator TRAI ism a mute spectator. These mobile companies especially GSM are after the government complaining about the spectrum and there are laid down rules for spectrum allocation. What I fail to understand is that why on earth are there not laid down rules for network provided by these companies?? BSNL stopped selling new connections even though there is a huge demand for connections just because the network is not capable of extra connections. These private companies whose only motive is to sqeeze the customers pockets doesnt perform their duties properly and cry foul on a responsible company like BSNL. We can only hope of some changes when a regulator like T.N Seshan heads TRAI and wields the whip.
