Just bought a Honda cbr300r from this place about a month ago, and was told to do my first oil change at 600 miles . I went in to get a little bit of info about the oil change seeing as how I just hit 600 miles on the bike . I work across the street so I figured being neighbors I would have got better customer service out of the guy at the service desk, instead he was very rude and wouldn't even point out a few things on the bike I had questions about when proceeding with the oil change, in a very rude manor he says to me " will I teach you how to do it?
No I won't ." I simply asked to point a few things out for me, not once did I asked him to teach me how to do it . Being a mechanic myself I know a lot about helping customers with minor things to do with cars . When a customer asks for minor help pointing things out, you really shouldn't be rude to them . I don't recommend going here for any services, there are plenty other places that will be grateful to help you out with questions no matter how minor . So go somewhere that appreciates your business, because you will get nothing but a disgusting attitude and lack of customer service from this place and that I can promise you .
