Recently I bought a spark P.S at orange auto malakpet which is a subsidiary of orange auto banjara hills. The only thing they are good at is the test drive AND the service from there on is complete downhill. They don't maintain a sense of time, the sales agent there Ms. Shoba what a dumb woman she is I don't know which fool selected her for the job.
She will make all the paper work seem such a bore that you would like to blow your head off, you have to run from pillar to post to get all the papers ready and keep them reminding about the work they are supposed to do. They successfully kill the joy of owning a new car, all the time you will be thinking when to get out of the showroom. I WARN any person planning to buy from Orange to better avoid them and have some peace of mind.
PS: I have done all the payments by 29-03-2010 but still as on today(5th April) I have not received my Invoice, form 22, PUC. they say its due to a glitch at their head office in banjara hills
