Recently I bought Spark LT from Orange Auto in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Though the overall experience was good, but there are some things I think could have been better. I would like to point out the following instances, where I was not satisfied with the service -
I had to wait long hours just for getting the receipt of my final payment.
The car had scratch on the front bumper at the time of the delivery. When I pointed this to the delivery person, he told that this might have come during the transit from Pune to Hyderabad. They will remove it when I bring the car next time to the showroom. But when I took the car next week to the showroom, the sales manager clearly told that this is not their mistake and I have to get it repaired at my own cost from the service centre.
To get my car loan approved from SBI, the finance person of Orange Auto asked me to come to SBI bank at 11 AM. He promised that he will also be there. I went to the bank at 11 AM, but he did not come to bank till 4 PM. Because of this I had to miss office and lunch.
They didnt proceed with the registration of my car till 4 weeks after the delivery. Because of this I had to pay fine of Rs 100 for registration. After the registration is done, they did not call me to inform about the number plate. I have to call them deliberately and ask about the number plate.
The most annoying thing I found with Orange Auto that the sales person never calls himself to inform about anything. I have to deliberately call and ask him.
