We had booked rooms there, through this site by credit card and somehow, I dont know, how; the hotel was not informed. We reached there and showed the proof of booking. But they refused to accommodate us. they said that take fresh booking of higher price rooms, over our budget. What I want to say that it was not the fault of customer that they didnt get information from booking.com. If they had rooms they would have accommodated us at any cost. If they would have accommodated us, we had been very happy and satisfied and could have said that they value their customer. I have been there because of my sister birthday. and that was surprised to her. but yhis hotel spoiled our mood , I booked a cake 5 hours back. But my cake was not ready till 12am. they gave me at 1 o'clock. My sister birthday surprise was become shock for her. Bad experience
