Lets first talk about creatine,creatine helps us to increase our ATP level and boost our power to enhance our workout for better Performance well our body makes creatine naturally approx one gram from our daily food like meat,fish,beans etc. but when workout for muscle gaining so there we need 10-15 grams of creatine so then we take external source of creatine like ON creatine powder which is a micronized creatine, it was pretty impressive and fully disolve in water for better perfomance but the bad side is that its a very much higher in cost than indian product like muscle blaze its approx. double in price with same performannce.
