Hai I have bought the Oppo A57 12 months before ad after that given to my wife. Compared to me she was using better then me she don't use much applications It was music camera and call may be because usage was very less.
Bud bad part was screen resolutions is coming down day by day and already service twice for issue. My Oppo A57 is almost a year. Till my the issue of touch and display was not cleared. I think, have wasted of money.
Now warranty is about to finish and I am worried for mobile. From fee week before I have faced touch problem and display issues. And warranty claim took 2-3 days. I Don't have truest on Oppo. Because we cannot change mobile every year. I was expecting good support and product form Opp. They need to come up with good quality product as well service. They need concentrate product quality and look not only sells.
Service is important for any product and quality matters. Now if my mobile go faulty or bad I can't come and buy again Oppo because I have faced problems with this model and have experienced it.
