The Story:

The Review:

One of the most sought-after filmmakers in the world, Christopher Nolan has never failed to amaze the movie buffs. In the past, the world has witnessed his cinematic marvels and has shown their love and appreciation for his films. Nolan yet again has graced the world of cinema with his latest film, Oppenheimer. Starring Cillian Murphy, Robert Downey Jr. Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Rami Malek, and Florence Pugh, the film is a masterpiece, based on the life story of Robert Oppenheimer. Christopher Nolan very strategically handpicked the entire star cast of this film as he wanted to have a raw take on the life of Oppenheimer and the Manhattan Project, which he was a part of.

After Peaky Blinders, Cillian Murphy is now well-known for his exceptional on-screen performance in this film. The actor has immersed himself in the shoes of Robert Oppenheimer and has done justice to the character he was offered. I must say, Cillian has just set a new benchmark for his fellow actors with the role he has played in this film. Not to forget the other star, Rober Downey Jr. who has always charmed the world with the characters he has played in the past, yet again manages to win the hearts of many through his performance in this film. It is so evident to see the love and passion he has for the world of cinema and everything that revolves around it.

One of the biggest elements that make this film a super success at the box office is its star cast who have not failed Christopher Nolan and his belief in them. I personally loved every character in the film as they all managed to showcase on-screen excellence at its finest. From the cinematography to the action-packed sequences, Nolan has just left us wanting more and more with each passing minute of the film. His versatility in how he can present some of the best genres in the cinematic world just leaves me wondering if he is a human after all. The way he chose to mold this biopic and present it to the world knowing that it could be a risk is simply marvellous.

Some of the twists and plot changes will also leave you wondering how Christopher Nolan managed to do all of this in just so much time. His directional skills have just gotten better with each film and I truly believe that with Oppenheimer, he has changed the face of filmmaking in the modern age. As a fan of his work which I have always been since the time I started watching his films, Oppenheimer is just something that has changed how I look at a film and all its elements. I truly loved every bit of it as Nolan hardly gives you an opportunity to find something bad in the film.

Everything! I literally mean everything! From the star cast to the brilliant direction and breathtaking cinematography, Oppenheimer is a piece of art that will leave you amazed and praising Christopher Nolan and the entire team.

Oppenheimer is by far the best film that I have watched this year and is also definitely one of Nolan's masterpieces when it comes to the cinematic world. If you are someone who admires Nolan and loves his work, you should definitely watch this film, and even if you haven't watched any of his past films, definitely give this a try, you will fall in love with his work and the on-screen performances.
