I always use Opera Mini for my mobile browsing needs.
The app is light-weight and easy to use.
The user interface is simple and easy to navigate.
The app also provides an option to save webpages for offline viewing which comes in real handy for reading things later when you get time.
The app is also of small size - a few MBs max, thus, saving storage space.The browser also loads webpages quite fast and the browsing experience is usually problem-free.
