Review : Just Came back from a four lovely days in Ooty with my Family (Wife and 2 girls) We stayed in Sullivan Court hotel which was extremely nice and we enjoyed ooty sightseeing.
The tourist places are packed and there are a lot of alternative for them: 1.Instead of boating in the artificial Lake in Ooty , take the car to pykara lake , a 45 minutes drive and enjoy both beautifull road along with a jugle boating .
Many Hungry monkeys , dont attempt to feed them. There are hundred of Trails to go the suites everybody , we took a trail with 2 girls (3 years , 3 months) and walked in the forest for 2 hours , finaly we got to a Muslem grave up on a hill facing an amazing view on one side and a small clean water lake on the other.....Worth to try and find it.
However the One that spoiled our joy was George Hawks travel (Car rental) in Ooty City. please Beware of renting a car from him, he Lied About the price and put us in a very uncomfortable position after we rented from him a car , Taking advantage of the fact that we have 2 little girls alraedy Packed up and ready to go. Please DONT USE Him there are plenty other which are fair and nice.
