I had filed a case againt reputed transportes (DRS Dilip Roadlines) . My Car being transported was misused and driven over long distance rashly and drlivered in bad shape. It was supposed to be transported by Truck. After formal case lodge at Rs.2500. there was no response and onlinelegalindia asked to file petition as party not responding . I was not interested as i knew big corporates who do not know what is governance do not care for customers and the caee will fail. But onlinelegalindia insidted that the case was sttong and will win, charging another 10, 000/-. Although the party had to respond, asusual new dates were given for hearing.... I was wrong in presuming that the legal system in india has improved..
