Recently I tried to buy Samsung Note 3 from their e-store via credit card but was unable to do so. On contacting their support service this is what they wrote.
"We would like to inform you that the maximum order value for Kolkata is Rs. 10, 000. So, we request you to please place order for product less than Rs. 10, 000"
I thought this must be a mistake so I contacted the CEO office and this is the reply I got

With reference to your below email and our telephonic conversation with Estore, we regret to inform you that our courier company don't provide services for the billing which is above 10, 000.
However, we also tried to contact you but call was not responded by you.
