It has a good collection of Ayurveda, Homeopathic and other alternative medicine products.
But only problem seems to be that they are just not able to deliver their orders!
I registered on the site and ordered few items. At that time it only had cash on delivery payment option(which btw was good for me).
They generated PO details and Cash Memo details also. Few days passed and there was no information on dispatch of items.
I sent them an email. After a day or 2 somebody called me up and informed that one of the items in my order was not available. He sought my permission to send the remaining items. I told him to do so quickly. He assured me that my items will reach me soon.
Few more days passed and nothing happened. I wrote an an angry email to them. After a day or so, someone from the call center again called and told me that my items were dispatched but there was some issue with the courier or courier couldn't find me etc. etc. I told him very clearly that it can't be true as someone is always available at my place to take deliveries as I keep getting deliveries from various online shopping sites.
He assured me that my items will arrive me the next day.
Now more than 10 days have passed. There is no word from the company. No dispatch / courier details are shown on the website.
This time around they are not even replying to my email. Anyways I am going to cancel the order. Though I didn't lose the money but the company has wasted a lot of my time and I couldn't get the items also. I'll buy these from the shop.
IN CONCLUSION: As per my experience it is waste of your time and effort if you feel prompted to buy products from https://1mgayush.com They don't seem to have proper logistics system in place yet.
