So, I bought a phone from Amazon.in because I knew that Amazon was a trusted and verified site where you can shop anything without thinking twice.although it wasn't the first time for me to buy an electronic gadget online so I was pretty sure about Amazon that it wouldn't dissatisfy a customer because I had already bought a phone a year back which totally was mind-blowing , every specification they mention on the page is just exactly the same you get after you purchase the product and also I got the product at discounted price that too in Diwali offer and that phone worked well for 2 years until that phone felt off and the screen sensor stopped working. I even thought of repairing the phone but it asked me for about 6000 bucks just for the screen which is a total loss because within 6000 you can get a brand new smartphone so I thought of not wasting money in that phone. So I made the order for Redmi 4. the specifications mentioned were pretty awesome which was same as the phone I had before(mi4i). the main thing which impressed me to buy Redmi 4 was the battery back up which contain 4100 mah in a 5-inch display. But after getting the phone I noticed that it was not working well at all. while I make a call to the other person I cannot hang up the phone until and unless the other call hangs it up, also it made some robotic noise from the background making the caller voice robotic and the problem showed up on the phone just within a day.


I tried contacting the customer service for the refund of the phone but they didn't, telling that their policy has changed and they don't refund it anymore like before . in the meanwhile they suggested me that they will provide the technician for checking the phone and if they find any problem with the phone then only they will replace it or they can only refund me if the product goes out of stock. so I have waited the whole day for the technician canceling all my plans, but none was there that day which made me contact the customer service again. having contacted them asking about the technician they told me that the technician did came but he couldnt reach me coz I was out of network range(which was total bullshit), they were just fooling me around.


so after so much of squabble, I finally got my phone replaced which was better than the phone I got before at least this wasn't making any robotic sound and I could at least talk to people properly without any discrepancies.


Lastly what I would suggest about online shopping is that never buy electronic gadgets online because you never know how it works until and unless you go and check for it
