Great experience- Shop Anytime, Anywhere, Anything. Review on Online Shopping Experience

I have started shopping in Feb 2012. I was just an undergrad 1st-year student. I did not have much knowledge about online shopping and at that time the e-commerce was in its developing phase in India. Out of all e-commerce website, I remembered eBay was giving a great deal. I have created an account on eBay.in( Since, Aug 14th, 2018 they locked this .in domain and the only global site is working) They were sending discount coupon emails every twice in a month. The discount coupon scheme was like Rs.150 of on shopping of more than Rs.200. I would say that was a great discount deal at that time. We can buy anything from eBay.in of around or more than Rs.200 in price and it will cost you just Rs.50 after applying discount coupon.

Of course, I was about to put my first order on eBay.in so the first advisable step is to see eBay seller's rating on the website. If its more than 95% you can trust the seller. I had bought a Samsung stereo headset worth Rs.290 on Feb 18, 2012, and after a discount of Rs.150, I had to pay only Rs.140.(I have attached email screenshot of mine this first online shopping order). This is when my online shopping started with good experience. I had received the courier after 5 days. It was good in condition, earphone was genuine quality. Then I have developed trust in the sellers on eBay.in and keep on shopping for many other items like shampoos, soaps, kitchen utensils, memory cards and after few years of experience started shopping mobile with a good discount. This all are the things you will get in very great discount and at the end of the year if you calculate the discounts you will realize its really good saving of money. Then I have come across Amazon.in, Flipkart and shopclues e-commerce website.

I had shopping experience of almost from all the websites and so far never faced any issue ordering the items and with quality.

Now, Staying and seating in Shanghai I am doing shopping for home from Flipkart and Amazon and never faced any issue and needed to get customer support for any kind of problem.

I would like to give a few tips to remember while shopping online!

1) Shopping is for the people who have knowledge of how to avail discount. Because that is the difference between the physical store and the online store. Of course, another thing is they gonna deliver you to at your doorstep.

2) The first thing you have to check for whatever you want to buy is seller's rating on any e-commerce portal, The seller's rating must be more than 95% and you will never get cheated.

3) Nowadays almost sellers have their contact detail available on their online store, Try to connect with them before placing the order. Try to get all kind of info about product and seller as well.(i.e. warranty, Replacement, buyback facility, return policy, physical store address etc).

4)Never miss initiating refund if you get delivery after the stipulated time. Sometimes you get benefited. You might get both money back and product as well. I got benefited many times from eBay.in during the order of haldiram namkeen products, shampoos, and soaps.

5)Never save your card details in any of the e-commerce websites for secure shopping.

6)Just do online shopping for electronics, low range mobile, mobile accessories, shampoos, soaps, kitchen utensils, very low range watches.(Avoid buying branded items, clothes etc online. As I don't trust for genuine quality and for clothes size won't be perfect and you will end up returning it by wasting courier charge)

Although I have done shopping from almost good online shopping sites and so far it was good, So as per personal shopping experience, I have ranked the shopping site for 2018.

At last but not on the list, Just one thing I would like to mention the difference between the stores in e-commerce in India. In India, the branded stores are still not available on e-commerce website like here in China. Chinese e-commerce website has all brands their own store. So, if one just want to shop from the branded store they even need not go to the physical brand store and with 100% trust gets a genuine product.
