I preffered online shopping because my friend suggested me, and the online shopping websites gave good discounts on the products also which a normal merchant could not provide.
The product quality of online purchased product was always worst, no product which I bought online was durable every product I bought would spoil in a month, and the main problem is we have to wait for 10-15 days for product to arrive and they charge big as delivery charges so the discount which they gave is of nothing.
And if we didnt like the product and we want to return it their refund process will be so much complecative that I feel to keep that product with me only.
And their customer care executives few will talk gently but few will talk so arrogantly that I feel I made a big mistake by choosing online shopping.
My advice is choose the right website for shopping which has good quality products, good customer service, less price and quick delivery.
