I had the misfortune of buying an item for this online store. The value of transaction was Rs 830; Rs. 500 through gift voucher redemption and the balance 330 paid through credit card on 18.02.04.
I changed address after placing the order and pasted a notice on the door of old flat about the new address and my mobile number. On March 15 I checked from order tracking page that the order had been returned. I sent an e-mail explaining the situation, and suggested that when the order has been returned at least an e-mail should have been sent to me. No response.
In April first week I sent another e-mail repeating the story. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
I tried telephoning- All the numbers mentioned on the site get this response-- Please Check the number you have dialled.
So after having paid the money 4 months ago I have yet to see my order fulfilled or even get a reply from the online store.
THE MOST WORTHLESS ONLINE SHOPPING SITE. PLEASE AVOID.
And they are associated with HDFC Cards. HDFC bank has chosen real poor company.
Anyone else having dealt with this easybuystore.com please post your comments.
