I had this air conditioner a year back by onida. Onida is pretty much established company in india and many still prefer it over major companies. Even I have had good experience with onida before but not with this product.
After buying AC, within 2 weeks I could see water dripping from it constantly. I called the customer care and they took 2 days to come, thank god it didn't flood. They worked and said the pipe was a little loose but they've fixed it. They took 500rs for it and said it didn't cover in the warranty. Then again water started dripping in few days and it was found the pipe had a crack. Also, the AC started to make sound. The service person would always say the pipe was loose.
Had a hard time with this one.
I suggest people to personally go through all the other onida ACs first if they want to buy from them only.
