Decent with average product life. We had our Onida AC purchased three and half years back for Rs 25, 000. I would say the Onida 1 ton Ac is not the best but not the worst ac too. The Ac was installed the very same day but not at the place where I wanted to.
They argued saying that would not be the best place for Ac and installed on their own way. I was not satisfied with the customer service at that point in time. Coming to the Ac The major problem I face with the ac is gas consumption. Every Year have to change and install a new one costing us Rs 1000 which is okay but the life could have been more. The look and design of the Ac is not very appealing.
The performance is above average and can be operated easily. There is no screen display as other rival ac companies provided in that range. It has been almost 4 years now but the performance is decreasing thus showcasing short life span of the AC. I would say if the Ac works for more years without any problem then It is worth a buy, which was not in our case.
