I bought a Onida split AC on 2nd April 2015 which is supposed to be a latest wi-fi model but from the day it was installed the flap which is supposed to swing used to get stuck at the top stopping air to come out and I could never use the AC till date. Called the shop(Digi 1) endless times, also Onida service center but it is more than 20 days since I bought it and it is yet to be fixed:(
First I was told the flap motor is bad(in a new AC!) then I was told some Chip is bad and now I am told some software(?) needs to be updated in the AC but at the end I stand like a fool regretting buying a Onida Split latest model AC which never worked in last 20 days.got quite a few calls saying it will be fixed soon but.
