Ordeal started from the week one, it stopped working and does not start. After repeated complaints no one bothered to respond. Engineer(so called) came and couldn't understand the problem. Even after 2-3 visits he couldn't understand and keep replacing parts and do something, wasting his and mine time. Not ready to acknowledge that TV is faulty and need to be replaced. Reached out to Amazon, they didn't help apart from doing the job of mediator / coordinator between me and Onida and it took 4 months to rectify simple issue.
