I have it since 3 years. I got it from a departmental store where there were many other brands but this was recommended by the sales person. I got it because it got three stars and it in Onida.
It was awesome for the first one year but its performance declined drastically. The remote stopped working and it was difficult to fix it.
The worst is the customer service and support team, they are least bothered. They never made an attempt to get in touch with the customer nor they respond to any customer query.
The machine's performance fluctuated, and it went on to become chilled to cool.
I am not sure if all the Onida Split AC performed like this but my experience was not pleasant.
I would not recommend any one to go for this product.
