I have used this ac for almost a year but within this period I have faced number of problems with this product.After 2 months of purchasing the ac is making annoying noise, as it is in warranty period I have called customer care about the same and told them about the problem, they told me that we will send an engg to look into the matter.
After almost 7 days the engg came and saw the issue , he told that there was a problem with the blower motor, as this problem was not immediately fixable he told that next day he will come with his assistant and replace the motor with a new one.
But after that there was no trace of him and again for almost 20 days then again I called customer care and they told that they will again send engg for the same.
After all this drama I got my ac fixed after one and half month.
Then again after almost 5 months another problem arised that ac is not giving cooling affect and again I hav to call customer care , engg came and told that there was a problem with the compressor, then it took them more than a month to fix the problem with a new compressor.
Now 3 months back that ac again gave problem and I have replaced it with voltas all weather ac.I am using this ac for almost 3 months and its working fine.
I wouldnt recommand this product instead go for other company acs like voltas, blue star, o general which are world famous in manf acs.
