I bought my Onida Leo 40 fain TV in November 2015. After 9 moths of using the panel of tv got damaged so I made complaint about this on 3rd sept 2016 to customer care. Now almost a month later of my complaint, still onida or service center are unable to arrange a panel. No one is giving proper response. If you call customer care then they say our senior team will call u after half n hour but no one calls u( I tried it 8-10 times).If you call Area zone officer he wiil say, we will do it till Friday. Then next Monday u call him he says the same, Just give us time we will try it till Friday(1-2 weeks are passed but he is still trying). Service center will never receive your call.They just give their np.
Quality of tv is good.But their service is worst.So I will suggest add some money and go for other brand which provides better after sale service.
