Hi I got onida 32 inch led smart led on Diwali 3rd Nov 2018 , for my hometown at murnad near virajpet. I was waiting for installation but customer care told that they will come wed for installation and wall mounting . But they didn't turned up I got call on 8 Nov after calling customer care they told within 48 hours they will resolve issue. finally yesterday guy called up asked me about all details and he is charging 400 rupees for wall mounting which I have got it from outside. So ridiculous about customer care service on installation I m really very much disappointed about this issue.
