I have been calling all onida service centres from last 3 months to replace the Control PCB of the Onida Convection Microwave - Black Beauty. But all are just ignoring the complaint.
The service guys have closed the complaint 3 times even without bothering to see the problem.
The customer support number is even worse, they only know to give the service centre numbers and create new complaints every time you call. They have no mechanism to trace why a complaint is not being addressed.
The last person from the service team I talked to said they are not able to get to component. And told last week that he will give me the status in a day and has not called since.
Companies only want to sell products and suck peoples money, and intentionally not repair them so that people have no choice but to buy a new product and they get more money. Filthy mentality, but such companies dont last for long, history has it.
Please never buy Onida products.
