The after sales service / response to service under AMC / sensitivity and responsiveness to repeated complaints is grossly deficient. My Complaint Id- 16079686380063 dated 08 Jul 16 has been totally ignored in spite of initial assurances and many many reminders.
The Company has deliberately adopted a tactic of wearing out the patience of the customer.
Every time the Complaint is lodged in their Contact Us link in their webpage they send an automated email from Onida Website after which there is total silence.
