Onida 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Dual Inverter AC.Installation process sucks, very cheap no sanitization no masks lical technician, no id cards of onida service.Installation won't be smooth, you need to bug and argue with technician, place/location of please decide before.Installation done, very bad same day bad luck whole night was raining and and water leakage from ac and installation pipe all over house, Here, comes ~ customer service, how many time they eascalate, no use of sending bunch of emails and calling customer care number.As we always thrive ti support indian products and make in india better, these companies bcz of their service sucks. shamePlease choose better customer service, bcz anytime sooner kr later we still need good customer service so think of it.Note: ac is working fine no issues, but what if any issues?
