I would like to bring to the notice of all the vendors who look forward to work for Onicra Credit Rating Agency. My suggestion is stay away from them. This company is a bogus company & people working there are frauds.
I am an HR Consultant, I worked for them & placed a senior level candidate, for which our billing was about 1.10 lacs. We had a contract signed that if the candidate leaves after 3 months of joining, we are not responsible to give them any replacement candidate & It happened. Our candidate joined there in finance team & left the company after completing 3 months & 15 days. We checked the reason with the candidate & he said that he didn't like the work environment there at all. They said, give us the replacement from Crisil & Care only. Nobody in his/her wildest dream would think of coming from Crisil or Care & join Onicra.
When I followed up with Mr. Tarun Sharma & Ila Mahania from the HR team of Onicra. They both showed a very bad attitude. They gradually stopped picking our calls. The guy Tarun Sharma (Deputy Manager - HR) from Onicra has such pathetic attitude & poor communication skills & thinks like he is the CEO of the company. They finally denied to make payments on our face. I have filed a legal suit against these fraud people. I advice all the vendors to stay away from such companies. Its better sitting idle instead of burning your hands with such companies.
