Cheap calls to India from US!. Review on Onesuite

OneSuite.com is the ONLY service I have found until now which serves all of my purposes:

1. Cheap calls to India from US(50 cents general calling; 35 cents to Mumbai)

First and the most important reason I went for this service was its calling rate to India. We have been paying more than 300 dollars a month with our phone bills but since joining onesuite, I have only had to recharge my account 2 times(for 10 dollars each). The minutes dont seem to go away. Call rates to India vary but to Bombay(my primary calling place) its a mere 35 cents a minute! At first, I thought this might be one of the service where lines must be busy all the time. But my experience, quite ironically, has been really good with OneSuite. They are honest people and Their customer service is excellent.

Once, I dialed a call to India but it did not go thru. I submitted a request for credit and withouth any further questions, I was given a credit of 35 cents. What I am trying to tell you here is not the amt returned but the prompt service.

OneSuite has long distance in U.S for 2.9 cents which is quite helpful too since I have uncles and other family members spread all over the U.S.

OneSuite.com, when you signup will give you an account number and an 800-number. You have to dial the 800 number and then your account number + the number you want to call. This seemed to me a big hassle for daily use but it took me no time before I was introudced to their ZipDial feature.

ZipDIal- This feature basically lets you enter a phone number from which your calls originate most of the time. Once you enter the number, you wont have to go thru the hassle of entering your account number every time you call from that phone. This has proven to be a feature that has made my life and my family's life easier.

Another thing I like about OneSuite is the instant account update. Once you hangup the phone, the entry instantly shows up in your account on the web. Most net services have huge delays unlike this one.

Also, OneSuite has a very simple signup method and also the recharge method. It usually takes me less than 5 minutes to recharge my account.

Only once I found their 800 number busy but I would say that is very rare. Dont make this your reason for not getting this service because they are the best.
