I brought oneplus 7 pro around 2 months back . Lets decuss on its pros and cons based on my 2 month experience of using it as my primary phone.
I was using coolpad note 3 before this and I am a user who use the phone up to its full potential.
Lets start with pros and cons:
1) Display -
Pros- As you all might know this phone comes but full screen and no notch feature that means we can watch any videos or picture without any distrubance in screens .
Also 90HZ refresh rate that means its way faster and smoother to open and more around apps.
Cons- Its curve edge some times feels annoying especially when watching some movies and this curve edge brings that expanded or stretch look.
2) Sounds
Pros- duel speakers are very loud and its crisp and did its work very well.
3) Memory
Pro - I have 256 gb varient and I dont think it would be filling up so soon
Cons- If you consider "No external memory card slot" as cons then this would be a cons for you.
4) Ram
Pros - I like the speed and Oneplus has some ram boost which is AI feature which learns our usable patern and pre opens our apps so that it will be ready to launch without any delay .
I got 8 gb varient and I like the speed .
5) Camera-
Pros and cons- OnePlus 7 pro got three cameras and I will not give its specifications . what I like is that video stability is high and camara I would consider good but up to 3x zoom after that it dont justify the cost . ( 10x zoom is like its cropped out from 3x and that makes it distroyes the pixel and looks blury )
Ofcourse need to talk about popup selfi camara . thats a cool feature to show off with friends and family but its actually strong and I like the feature that it retrives itself on freefall of phone and hence safeguarding itself from breaking on fall.
6) Cost :
I paid 750 usd for this varient and I consider it as a little expensive side for OnePlus flashship phones.
7) Charging :
Pros - very fast wrap charging , it take around 1 and half hr to charge from 0 to 100 % . And around 40 mins to charge from 0 to 70 % . This feature is very handy .
8) Headphone jack:
There is no headphone or ear phone jack in this phone so need to use adapter to use old 3.5 mm jack to c port charger . But this adapter is cheap - I took it for 1 or 2 usd .
9) Special features:
Pros- zenmode - help in controling and stay forcus on work and keep phone in locked mode for 20 mins or more.
Readmode- help to convert phone to a kindle book and helpful if your a reader.
Nightmode- helps in keeping a brightness low and having a reddish tint on top of screen which help in not straining your eyes at night and help to not distrup your sleep
NFC- I personally dint use it but if you have NFC tags in home and what to use it then its helpful
Cons-
NO Wireless charging
NO Infrared port to act as remote
Thats it . overall I could say this is a very good phone with great features and if OnePlus 7 pro could come with pricerange of 500 usd it would be most brought phones of year .
