Hi Friends,
Today I am going to share my views on the Flagship killer Oneplus new device Oneplus 5, 64 GB variant. Friends as you all known that oneplus is a new company launched at 2013 still it name and fame goes on very soon. The popularity of these phones are because of it hardware and software and their innovative ideas. There last product Oneplus 3 or 3T are awesome I must say. Lets see how works the new launched Oneplus 5.
The phone design is as old as Oneplus 3T nothing much change which is really disappointing because nowadays the design of a phone is very important and the new generation gets bored very soon with old design and need some different. So this time Oneplus team failed in term of design.
Just we see a simple upgradation in the processor which is Snapdragon 835. And dual camera setup but I must said this dual camera performance is not as much better as iphone 7 plus. The most disappointment is the display as you all heard the letters are goes upon another while you scroll and when it comes to notice Oneplus said it's happened and can not be rectified. So not just me but many of my friends returned the phone with 10 days return policy. Because if you paid 33, 000/- and you got not perfect camera, no perfect screen so it's worth to buy such product I must say.
If we talk network connection is good no issue with that.
Customer service of Oneplus is worst I must say. I used Oneplus 3 from last 7 month and when I got a problem in loud speaker I have to go service center twice within a week for the same problem which is really disappointing. Even the service center guys are not ready to change the loud speakers they just cleaned after a long and rude argument they replace the loud speaker. So I never expect such service from Oneplus.
Billing and charges are also strange in Oneplus service. The same service and parts have different price range in different service center which is very strange for me. So I must said if Oneplus is not going to change its attitude and service than soon it will disappear from Indian market.
