After updating my latest 1Plus2 software today this morning,


1) Screenshot function is went missing & no more appear when pressing on/off button.


2) Ringing volume cannot be increase/decrease even pressing the volume button as it will be in vibrate mode only


Can anyone know how to fix back these 2 functions to run normally.?
