No Charging Adapter added
I have ordered another phone for my friend and there is no Charging Adapter in the box at all. While everywhere it comes with the Charging Adapter in the box. even I have got previously in the box. So where is the Charging Adapter?
THE UNTOUCHABLE
Purchasing OnePlus One(64GB) was the biggest blunder of my life. It has been in service centres for almost two months since I purchased it on 18th February. Twice the software crashed which had to be reflashed. The display conked off on 27th MAY, which took 38 days to replace at HCL service centre in Andheri, Mumbai, due to unavailability of parts. After a week I started having issues with the mic and volume button, have given it to service centre on 15th July and they are still awaiting replacement parts. Response of the company to complains are 'Give us the Job Work number and we shall follow up with the service centre.' No response to my question about why sub-standard products are being passed on to unsuspecting customers!
Company refuses to give contact details of any senior person who I can contact and speak to or meet personally. They have stopped responding to mails now, such arrogance! Have wasted about a week going to and fro to various service centres and spent a fortune on travelling expenses.
All in all don't ever purchase a OnePlus One or for that matter don't risk purchasing OnePlus Two, which is expected to be released on 27th July!
