Gone are the days when One Plus use to be our Favourite Flagship Killer, and to quote Our Beloved Joker- One Plus has rather "Lived long enough to see itself become a Villian", in the sense of it's pricing.
OnePlus 8 Pro is definately a improvement over it's predecessor One Plus 7.BUT.The price jump is not really justified, I am not saying that it's a bad phone oh no not at all, what I am saying is. How about I show u the specs of the phone and then YOU be the judge of the Fate of your Hard Earned Money.

PRICE - Rs. 65000+ ( Expected) official Indian Pricing will be announced today.
( PRICE EDIT)
Now with all this in mind allow me to point out some flaws considering it's Expected Price.
1) DISPLAY - It's a 120Hz panel which is AWESOME. BUT. it doesn't gives you an option to bring it down to 90Hz. So you either keep it constantly at 120Hz which will eat your Battery significantly, or you can keep it at normal 60Hz which surely saves your Battery but kinda ruins the smooth experience.
2) CAMERAS - 48 MP Main Sensor is Good. BUT. at this price point they should have atleast bumped it to 64 MP ( I know high MP doesn't always mean Higher Quality, but price wise, a Bump in MP was required in my opinion) .
Further it's 5 MP Color Filter is utter nonsense, it's like a toy which you will forget after a week of using it. Instead of this 5 MP Color Filter, a Macro Sensor would have been much appreciated.
3) WIRELESS CHARGING - Oneplus 8 pro provides a Fast 30 Watt Wireless Charging. BUT. There's a catch. You get 30 Watt Fast Wireless Charging only With Oneplus Wireless Charger. If you were to use your let's say Samsung's Wireless Charger with Oneplus 8 Pro, the charging speed comes crashing down to 10 Watts.
Not only that, if you were to charge your Samsung or any other Device ( except Oneplus 8 Pro obviously) with Oneplus 30 Watt Fast Wireless Charger, Your device won't be charging at Fast 30 Watt speed, it'll be slower than that.
4) AFTER SALE SERVICE + REPAIR EXPENSES
There have been numerous complaints about having a BAD Experience with Service Centres of Oneplus and isn't as Smooth and Efficient as other Companies like for example - Samsung, ( TBH this experience can vary from person to person or even from city to city) . BUT. With this Pricey Device one thing is Certain that the repair cost are gonna be through the roof as compared to other companies.
I am by no means saying that repair cost is Much Cheaper with other Brands. NO. BUT. In comparison Oneplus repair do cost more.
5) The Most important of all is that Oneplus isn't that Big of a company when it comes to STATUS SYMBOL factor, so while spending this amount of money people often Desire a BRAND Tag of SAMSUNG or APPLE, whose Devices are available at this price point and are Equally Good if not Better.
So keeping all this in mind I would conclude that INDIAN PRICE of this Device is gonna be The Deciding factor of it's Fate.If you ask me, well if the price exceeds Rs. 65000 then I would Highly recommend you to first have a look at other Big Brands and their Offerings and then decide.
( EDIT) - After seeing the INDIAN Pricing now, I can whole heartedly recommend you to go for this Beauty.
I Hope this was helpfull, if YES then Please Press the like and Comment your opinions, I would Love to see your Thoughts.
