I happened to read this book long ago. At that time, I had not had much reading experience and Chetan Bhagat was a rising star at that time, so I picked the book. However this book was completely unsatisfactory. I didn't like the plot at all to say the least and I woul advise you also not to read the book. The novel tells us the story of a call centre in which some characters have been put and the description of a night at the mentioned call centre is detailed. However there is not much to learn or know from the book. Generally when I read a book, I expect to learn sth new from the book but in this facet, the book completely failed in this aspect.
