Plot: The rise of Shoaib (Akshay Kumar) from a small thug to a Gangster...underworld Don to be precise and then raising a young protege Aslam (Imran Khan) under his wings. Then comes the Big twist...an aspiring actress Jasmin (Sonakshi Sinha) who makes both of them fall in love with her. Who wins in this Love Triangle?
It starts with an young aslam racing with buddy Dedh Taang in a street competition where Shoaib notices his talent and adds him to his gang. Years later in the middle east the evil prince has become a king and rules everything fixes cricket matches etc until an assassination attempt brings him back to his roots. Back in mumbai he teams up with Aslam and others to finish Rawal.
Meanwhile, he meets Jasmin and falls in love with her...at the same time Aslam meets Jasmin as she is friend of Dedh Taang's girlfriend and eventually falls for her but is unable to confess his love for her and on the other hand Shoaib showering her with lavish gifts, helping her get awards and recognition. Things go bad later with Shoaib coming to know about Aslam's truth.
Review: People who are thinking of watching this movie because they liked the prequel are heading for a disappointment. Unlike the Previous version which was a Hard-Hitting Crime Drama this one is Romantic Comedy with Funny One liners .

Performances: Akshay Kumar is smooth with his role of a menacing shayar gangster, he is definitely the highlight of the movie-
Sonakshi is good and emoted very nicely in this movie.
Imran Khan sadly tries hard, but fails to create an impact becoz he is once again playing the nice guy here like all of his movies.
My rating: 2/5
The year of bad sequels continues with this one and you may skip this one.
