I was planning to move from gurgaon to pune in the month of feb 2014. I took quotations of many p&m(like agarwal, leo, writer, ags4winds.) All are very expensive and when i read the reviews for them, i was like fainted.! All the reviews were so bad that for a moment, i thought to sell out my stuff rather than transporting them.! Then i came to know about ontime p&m from one of my friends. The quotation was very less as compared to others. So i thought to take risk with them. Because with ontime p&m, risk was also there but at a low cost. And with other branded p&m, same risk was there but i need to pay a huge amount.! Buttttttt. Finally,
I thank god and then ontime people. They delivered my stuff(led, sofa, dining table, ac, fridge, washing machine, bike, car, beds. Etc) on time and also safely. Without any damage! Special thank to mr. Ram niwas. He is a very decent and professional personnel. Also, he is very polite and flexible. Apart from this, at the destination, the people who were unloading and unpacking the stuff, were also very polite and cooperative. One important thing,
I had not have to pay even a single penny(except tips) after the closure of my deal. Many times, it happened that at the time of delivery, they impose unnecessary charges. And the customer has to pay forcefully. But it is not the case with ontime people.
In short, their service is really commendable.
