Omer - Worst travels I have ever travelled. Review on Omer Travels

I booked a ticket through redbus from visakhapdiganta_bm to bangalore on January 17th.

THIS Travels IS THE WORST BUS I HAVE TRAVELLED.

DELAY: The bus needs to be started at 3:00 PM but started at 4:00 PM.

Stinking: When we boarded the bus the bus was stinking and it was hot inside the bus than outside

NO A/C: This was supposed to be A/C Volvo, after a long wait the bus started @ 4 PM. after travelling for 15 minutes we realized that the A/C is not working. The drivers stopped the bus and we all got down to check what is wrong. Then the bus driver says they are out of Gas in compressor. we asked him to get it fixed. Omer Travels manager is supposed arrange for a Volvo A/C mechanic but failed and said that he is getting it arranged in the next stop after travelling for 100Kms. Atlast we have to travel from Visakhapdiganta_bm to Bangalore with out A/C

DOUBLE CHARGE: They charged double the amount than usual mentoning it as volvo a/c but from the starting point there is no a/c when asked they said it will get repaired at next station that never happened. When we contacted the management they were not ready to accept that they are at fault and donot have a minimum curtesy to apolozise and compensate. They have been so harsh saying that anyway the weather is cool y do u need a/c? We are taking you to the destination that is sufficient. This is the kind of response they gave to us. I sincerely request you, not to encourage such travels.

BED BUGS A BONUS: after all the struggle it was night all were slowing going to sleep mode only to realize that there are Bed Bugs in the seat and Blanket. I my self killed many bed bugs. TICKETS SOLD AT DIFFERENT PRICE: In this process we also noticed that they have charged each person differently. they also cheated saying that it is going to be Multi-Axle, but it turned out to be Normal Volvo.

MY SINCERE SUGGESTION TO ALL NEVER BOOK A TICKET IN OMER TRAVELS. they are the most irresponsible and harsh travels, they don't care for the customtakeouter satisfaction what they see whether they have made their penny or not. If at all you were to travel with OMER.
