We have been flying with Oman Air (DFW-LHR-KHI-DFW) and on LHR they messed up with our booking.
They issued us paper tickets and on LHR they denied our boarding.We stayed at LHR airport waiting for 12 hours and their rude and arrogant staff haven't provided us accomodation or any help. They charged us GBP120 per person(4 passengers) to correct the reservation mistake which their officer had caused.
Children were crying and nobody was there to help us. Please spend $50-$100 more and save yourself from worst airline.I will never ever fly with them again..
