OM SHANTI..: SIX PACK SRK.. Review on Om Shanti Om

'OM SHANTI OM'(OSO)will be a good & unique movie to watch.

Though both'Saawariya' & OSO releasing on same day, competition of audience would be there but OSO will attract more audience for SRK's lovers.The successful team of superstar Shah Rukh Khan & director Farah Khan returns with their ambitious project ‘Om Shanti Om’.

*STORY:

FIRST PART:

The story of OSO apparently has a reincarnation angle i.e. rebirth of both stars in 1970s & 2007 so double roles.

(Also here you will find dozens of bollywood stars playing special appearance cameo roles)

Its the story or a fiction of two young film stars playing the roles in the era of 70s & 2007.                  So going in brief character sketch of this movie.

‘Om Shanti Om’ is an unusual love story that spans 30 years in time.A part of the story is set in 1977.(Expectedly, Farah Khan’s fixation for the 70s and the fashion statements of that era continues in OSO.)

OM PRAKASH MAKHIJA,a junior struggling film artist in the film industry in 1970s.He harbors a dream of becoming a big superstar someday. More than this dream he harbors love for someone special.

SHANTIPRIYA,a superstar of the 70s. Although she has fame & adulation of her fans, she longs for love in her life. She longs for someone who would love her from the bottom of his heart.

A small incident brings them together. Call it luck or just plain coincidence. When it happened, Om was & the audience will be witnessing the beginning of his love story.                                                   Om is not just a fan of Shanti, he loves her deep within. She inspires him and instills him with love and hope. He watches her from afar. But then, one day…

But for some love stories, one lifetime is not enough. Om and Shanti’s story is one such. Life and love would betray them both. But they would meet again in another life. (OSO apparently has reincarnation angle just like old movie'Karan Arjun' where SRK & Salman Khan reborns.)

*SECOND PART:

*The second part of the story is set in 2007.

*EXTRAS :

*- OSO is the first movie for which SRK has gone bare-chested.

• SRK had promised Farah Khan during the making of Main Hoon Na that if he ever goes bare-chested it would be for her film. And to look good while bare-chested on the screen, SRK worked hard on his body and developed six-pack abs that are quite visible.

• *Farah Khan apparently sensed Deepika’s apprehensions. Before OSO went on the floors, Farah befriended Deepika & also introduced her to SRK. So, by the time the film’s shooting started, Deepika knew well the team she was working with.

  
  

The dialogue for a scene in which Deepika’s character Shantipriya – an actress in 1970s – shoots for a scene in which a villain forces himself on her. It was a scene within a scene "Bhagwan ke liye mujhe chhod do".
