Fraud seller incindent. Review on Olx

My mobile got stolen so I want to buy a second hand iphone 6s 2 years back. I found a seller who is in airport security at delhi aerocity. He sent me the pic of the bill of mobile too. I contacted him and I went to delhi aerocity with my friend. There the guy said I can't come outside due to some rules and regulations. And said that he had to send the mobile through someone but first sent me 2000 advance so that he cant trust me whether I am a genuine buyer. I asked for a photo id proof before doing paytm. The seller sent me the pic of canteen card and the name was slightly looked like edited but then my friend searched 'stolen canteen card of army man' and he showed me the same canteen card with other name. I was so so disappointed. The seller even said can't you trust an army man its just ₹; 2000 on the name of a soldier of indian army. Seriously I called him whatsap him the same canteen card and said so many thing to that fraud seller. My experience was very disappointing on olx.
