When I wanted to give my home as rent I gave an classified on local newspaper and that cost me Rs 1500 for 3 days classified publication but till a month I did not get any response, then one of my friend suggest to give an advertisement at olx.in, that is free of cost, even They have more space to elaborate the facilities I can give also they have option to add images of my house, so the person who is interested can call me directly after all details match with his/ her requirement, then after 2 days I got a call from a person and he finalized to take it on rent.
I got this free of cost, well explained to the buyer without meet by giving images and I can post as many time or update
Since them I am using olx.in to sell my old used items as there is no middel man between me and the buyer.
