I had booked a ticket to travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad for Nov 9, 2012 and without informing they delayed the bus by 3 hrs. I asked them to cancel my ticket and provide me the refund. They asked me to send an email with my account number. I did whatever they said but never got my refund.
If you will call the receptionist, she will ask you to call Amit from finance team and when you call Amit he send you to Arjun (Operations MGR) who will never answer his phone and will keep it switched off. They are corporate thieves and don’t care about their customers…absolutely SHAMELESS!!
I am still following up for a month now to get my refund and I don’t think so I will get it anytime soon. Please be aware guys, don’t use Olivea
